Supervision of the construction of civil works and of the assembly of electromechanical equipment, works for driving the influent of the plant, pumping station, treatment and odor control building. The San Fernando Plant occupies two lots (North and South) with a total area of 140,000 m2. It treats 1.8 m3 per second of residential, commercial and industrial wastewater, and is the first major step in the Medellín River sanitation process.
